3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
First Annual 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament Late Registration: $50.00. If registering at the event, you must arrive by 8:30 AM. Teams MUST register with 3 players per team, maximum of 4 players per team. |

Each team must submit an entry form prior to March 15th for early registration. Player waiver forms must be completed by each player (regardless of age), signed by a parent or guardian and submitted the day of the tournament. No exceptions. Do not send any money through the mail. Payment (CASH only) will be accepted the day of the tournament.
Boys and Girls divisions (no coed teams):
4th to 6th grade, 7th to 9th grade, 10th to 12th grade. Participants must still be in school. Skilled players may play up to the next level, but higher grade levels may not play down.
Individuals may sign up on-site for our 3 point shooting contest. $2 entry fee per person. Contest starts at 9:00 AM while brackets are being completed.
There will be a concession stand open for business.
